Do you Like Peanut Butter mommy?

So last night I had to work a little late which meant I was home late and even more tired than usual. Portia, my most thoughtful & sweet daughter, decided she wanted to do something special for me. She came into our scrap room and asked if she could have a paper lunchbag. She said she needed it for a surprise. I said sure. Then she went out to the kitchen and then came back. "Mom, what do you sometimes take for your lunch?" I told her I sometimes take leftovers, or a sandwich, or a salad. "Okay", she said, and went back to the kitchen.
Next, she yells from the kitchen, "If you take a sandwich, what kind?" So I told her sometimes ham, sometimes peanut butter, sometimes salami, whatever we have. "Okay" she says.
Then she returns to the scraproom and asks, "what else would you take for your lunch"? I told her I would probably take a piece of fruit and a drink. "Great idea" she says and returns to the kitchen.
A little while later, she comes to me and says "Mom, if you put the paper bag in the fridge for a whole night will it start to evaporate?" (her words, not mine!) "No", I tell her, "it would be fine". "Okay, good" she says and leaves with a big smile on her face.
So this morning I get up, open the fridge and there on the shelf is a paper lunch bag with Cathy written on it. Inside there is a peanut butter sandwich and a can of diet coke! When I asked her about it she said she wanted to do something nice for me that would make it easier for me in the morning.Isn't she the best!!!!!
